About the Author

Hendrik is a systems architect by profession- a builder of structures, connections and stories hidden in data. But beyond technology, his true passion has always been the human story- the raw, honest moments that connect us all.

Born in Nelspruit in 1976, Hendrik grew up surrounded by music, creativity, and a quiet love for observing life. He finds joy in playing piano, cello, and violin- an enduring love for art, which flows through the illustrations featured in this book. More than anything Hendrik hopes that readers might find some small resonance in these pages- a reminder that they are not alone in what they are going through.
